I started Smith Developments for one reason: I watched too many good businesses get burned by agencies that overcharged, underdelivered, and treated clients like a number on a spreadsheet.
The digital marketing world is full of agencies that talk a big game, charge $5,000+ a month, and then hand your account off to someone who has never talked to you. The business owner signs the contract, and the owner never shows up again.

That's the whole idea. Owner to owner. You built something. I'm building something. We understand each other in a way that a 22-year-old account manager never could. When your phone stops ringing, I feel that. When a campaign kills it, we both win.
I keep my client list intentionally small so that every single business I work with gets my full attention. This isn't a volume game. It's a quality game. And I only take on clients I genuinely believe I can help.
